Founded in 1832

The Grange Club is one of the most historic sports clubs in Edinburgh, if not Scotland. Located on the edge of Inverleith Park, The Grange Club has operated out of the present Pavilion, in the heart of Stockbridge, since 1894. Almost £450,000 was spent on the Pavilion in 1998, restoring it to former glory and maintaining it as one of Edinburgh's most unique and prestigious venues. The Club has 5 constituent clubs : Tennis, Men's Hockey, Ladies Hockey, Squash and Cricket which, together, boast an overall membership of over 650 adults. Details of each constituent club, how to join, and the subscription rates are to be found on the pages to follow. Whilst sport is the Club's main raison d'etre, it also hosts numerous social events and the famous Long Room (modelled on its namesake at Lords Cricket Ground) is ideal for parties, conferences, and seminars for up to 120 people. Whether you wish to play sport or simply to join socially, the unique Grange experience is one not to be missed.
